Information we collect

We collect only what we need to reply to you and to run this website. There are two kinds of information: what you give us and what is recorded automatically when you visit.

1.1 Information you give us

  • Contact details: your name, work email and, if you choose to give them, your company and phone number.
  • Project information: what you tell us about your project in the inquiry form or by email. Enquiries submitted through the website are stored securely in our database.
  • Correspondence: emails and meeting notes when we talk about working together.

1.2 Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, the pages requested and when. We use them for security and troubleshooting.

This site remembers your light or dark theme choice in your browser's local storage. That setting stays on your device and is not sent to us. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

02

How we use it

We use personal information only for the purposes below. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.

Responding to you

To answer your inquiry, prepare a proposal and, if you become a client, deliver the services we agree on.

Running the website

To keep this site available, secure and working correctly, and to investigate errors or abuse.
03

Sharing

We share personal information only:

  • with service providers that help us run the business, such as hosting and email providers, under agreements that require them to protect it and use it only on our instructions;
  • when the law requires it, or to protect our rights and users;
  • with your consent.
04

Security

All traffic to this website is encrypted with HTTPS. Inside ScripGrid, access to personal information is limited to the people who need it to do their work.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If we learn of a breach that affects your information, we will notify you as the law requires.

05

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict how we use it.

To make a request, email privacy@scripgrid.com. We keep inquiry information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, and we will respond within the time the law allows.
